- Control module cable
- L-wrench
- Spanner (size 10)
Preparation
Disconnect the Garden from the power outlet. Carefully remove both the water tank and the plants from the garden. This will give you better access and prevent any harm to your plants during the process. Once the tank and plants are removed, flip the garden frame to its side.
Steps to remove the cable
1. Remove the rear lamp
Using the screwdriver provided in your kit, unscrew the two screws securing the rear lamp. Set the lamp aside gently. You’ll see that the cable runs between the lamp and the frame.
2. Disconnect the cable end
Locate the end of the cable connected to the socket on the back of the frame. Using the spanner, remove the nut that holds the cable in place.
3. Remove the end of the cable from the frame
Now, you can detach the end of the cable from the frame. The first image is without the lamp and the second image is with the lamp.
4. Free the cable from the frame
The cable is secured within the frame by five bent metal hooks. To release it, pull the cable sideways until it pops free from the first hook. Repeat this process for the remaining four hooks until the cable is entirely released. If a hook is stubborn and won’t let go, you can use a tool to carefully bend it out of the way. A flathead screwdriver works well, or you could use a wooden stick if you have one on hand.
5. Disconnect cable from the control module
The other end of the cable is connected to the control module. Disconnect the cable from this module.
Installing the new cable
With the old cable removed, you're ready to install the new one. Follow the same steps as above, but in reverse order:

Reconnect the new cable to the control module

Guide the cable through the hooks

Attach the cable end to the frame

Reattach the rear lamp
Final Check
Once everything is securely in place, carefully flip your Click & Grow 25 upright. Place the water tank and plants back into the garden.
