Troubleshooting steps
Step 1: Reset the Click & Grow 25

Unplug the Click & Grow 25:
Disconnect the power adapter from the outlet and wait for 2 hours. This allows the system to reset.
Step 2: Check the power adapter

Is the green light on?
- Yes: Proceed to the next step.

No: Your device may not be receiving power. Check the connection to the outlet and ensure the adapter is plugged in securely.
Step 3: Direct connection test

Connect the adapter directly to the control module:

Disconnect the power cable from the outlet (refer to the photo below for guidance).
- Detach the cable shown in the photo below.
- Plug the power cable directly into the outlet (as shown in the photo below) and check if this makes a difference.

Step 4: Switch the lamp outlets

Test lamp connections:
- Disconnect one lamp cable from its outlet.
- Move it to the middle outlet.
- Repeat the process with the second lamp.
Did you notice any changes in the lamp behaviour? This can help identify if a specific lamp or outlet is malfunctioning.
