Dill may be a bit slow at the beginning and grow sidewards. Soon the growth will accelerate and plants will grow upwards again.
We recommend to harvest the whole plant in about one month from planting.
If You prefer harvesting single outer leaves first, start doing it in about three weeks after planting, your plant will produce more from its growing point.
Harvest all Dill before it ages and loses its signature flavour, maximum two months of age.
Dill is an annual plant and has the best nutritional value 25 to 40 days after planting the pod.
