How and when will I get my reward?
When you share your unique link with a friend, they will be given a 20% discount link for a Smart Garden. You can send your link via email, social media, SMS, Whatsapp, or any other channel you like.
When your friend will make a purchase with their discount code, you will receive your discount code via email. That code will be good for one free set of plant pods for your own Smart Garden. You will get one code for each friend who makes a purchase.
What rewards can I earn?
For every friend you refer, you will get a discount code. Each code applies to any 3-pack of plant pods we have in stock.
Each code gives a 100% discount for one 3-pack; if the 3-pack is the only product in your cart (or the cart is over the free delivery limit, see here), you will get free delivery.
Please note you can only use one coupon code for each order you make.
What rewards will my friend earn?
Your friend will earn 20% off their first Smart Garden purchase. The discount works on most of our models as well as Smart Garden plus plant pods bundles.

How many referrals can I make?
You can make as many referrals as you want. For each successful referral, you will receive a coupon code for a free 3-pack of plant pods.
Please note you can only use one coupon code for each order you make.
Why did I not receive my reward for referring a friend?
One of the following reasons could cause a referral to be missed or rejected:
- Your friend did not make a purchase using the email you invited them with;
- Your friend made a purchase without using the code they were given;
- Your friend is an existing customer or subscriber;
- Your referral has been flagged as a self-referral.

Can I refer myself?
Our program is designed to enable friend referrals. As happy as we are that you are your own friend, we do not support self referrals unfortunately!
What countries are covered by your referral program?
At the moment, this program is only available to our US customers. We will add support for other regions in the near future.
Can I refer my friend from another country?
As for now, our program is region-restricted. We have the following regions available:
- US (referrals only available here right now)
- Canada (you cannot refer here yet)
- UK (you cannot refer here yet)
- European Union (you cannot refer here yet)
- Asia (you cannot refer here yet)
If you want to refer your friend from another region to Click and Grow, you cannot do so automatically yet. You can, however, reach out to our team via referrals@clickandgrow.com and we'll send your friend the code on your behalf! Just be sure that your friend lives in one of the countries we deliver to.
How can I make sure I get my reward?
- To receive your reward, you need to share your referral link. This link allows us to verify & connect your referral with your friend's purchase. If the link is not used, we will not be able to connect the two.
- You can see the status of your friend's referral on this page. Be sure to check it to make sure your friend gets their rewards!
- If you referred your friend but did not receive credit for it, please let us know via referrals@clickandgrow.com. Please note: We might not be able to offer you your rewards if the connection is not verifiable.
