Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Free Shipping limit starts for orders over $100.
Free Shipping for all subscription products.
For orders under $50 the shipping fee is $3.95 and orders between $50 and $100 will have a shipping fee of $9.95.
Shipping cost will be covered by us in case of replacement under warranty.
Delivery usually takes up to 5-10 business days.
Extra shipping fees will be applied on large orders, depending on the weight of the order.
Confirmation and Tracking
After an order is placed, a confirmation email containing the order number will be sent. Once the order gets processed and shipped from our warehouse, another email notification with tracking details will be sent. You then will be able to track your package following the instructions.
Countries We Ship To
We are currently able to ship from our online store to the United States and Canada, most countries in Europe and a few countries in Asia.

Returns and Refunds
A full refund is also available up to 30 days after you received the item, providing the following additional criteria are met:
- The garden and/or pods are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.
- Garden and/or pods were received from us within the last 30 days.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirming purchase) must be provided;
- The cost of return shipping fees will be covered by customers.

Our Support team will provide you with shipping information and additional details where necessary. Returned items will require us receiving confirmation at an offsite location before the refund can be processed. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded.
Gardens or pods purchased through re-sellers, retail partners, or other websites are ineligible for a refund through us. Please consult their returns policies for further information.
We do not offer exchanges.
