Troubleshooting

Lights flickering or glowing red only.
Possible issues:- The lamp posts haven’t been tightened enough with the mini wrench causing poor electrical contact.
- Defective power adapter. Check if you are using the adapter supplied in the box. If yes, then test the unit using another adapter to see if the problem is resolved.
- Try sliding the lamp up and down the post a few times. Sometimes there may be residue and debris affecting the connection.

Lamp not turning on.
Possible issues:
- As above or
- Check if the green stand-by light at the back of the vase is on. This will indicate if power is reaching the unit.
- Unit is in the sleep cycle. To reset the timer, the lamp head needs to be removed for 1 minute and then reattached.
