    I've been having the same issue...no communication from support continue to dodge my direct question when is order number INT-17980 shipping??? Still no confirmation; most companies send out an immediate shipping confirmation and tracking # via email not this one. This is a present but guess this company is not interested in customers but I have received 5 emails to date from their marketing group wanting me to buy more product...Hey Click & Grow Management prioritize my order and maybe I'll consider buying from you again.

    I have been waiting for a response to 2 emails about order INT-17555. I'd like to know where my order is. It is a Christmas gift. Horrible customer service with so many people waiting for any response from your company.

    Has anyone on this support page received your order? or are you getting emails with promises and no delivery just curious. Isn't it odd that this company doesn't have a phone number to talk directly to someone...have you every bought something on line that didn't have the shipping companies they use on their website and in addition it is standard practice to receive an automated email with confirmation #, tracking #...very very strange ...I guess this company thinks all of us have never bought online. One more question are they telling you the shipper is USPS or they think it is...Question how can USPS ship a product where the origin of our orders is not US based???

    Hi Greg. My order from November had some gardens, and a few replacement plants (never ordered before). I immediately received confirmation and tracking info. It looks like much of the logistics is managed by Swiship (an Amazon service). My confirmation email had link to swiship, and UPS tracking info (although the current info for tracking is vague and not changing). I received the replacement plants, but not the gardens....yet.... I finally received an email from Joonas (above) indicating that the shipping facility had it returned, but my skepticism remains. I am hopeful this will be resolved soon and reply to this board with an update as/if it arises.

    Interesting Anthony thank you for your reply. A pattern is emerging here I was also told that my order was of course returned to shipping :) I have not received any documentation on shipping to include the shipping company name, tracking number etc only that my order shipped today verbally and when a tracking number magically emerges from the sky I will be notified. Vague is an understatement ...anyone else received their order???

    I sent 3 different emails about my order my order number is INT-18731 Its going to be a christmas gift so where is my order ????? Plus inside my email I metioned that I want my order inside a gift box since its an christmas gift so can someone please get in touch with me and tell me where is my order ?????? And tell if they can put it in a gift box or not??????
